Sheboygan North

Coach: Mike Vorpahl, 16th year

Last year: Fifth, Fox River Classic Conference

Returning letter winners: Morgan Ross, jr.; Will Rupnick, sr.; Evan Koross, sr.; Gabe Galante, sr.; Will Hapeman, jr.; Ross Taggart, sr.; Max Harms, jr.; Jordan Eckhardt, jr.

Overview: North will go into the season with many new faces as it graduated five players and lost others to career opportunities. The Golden Raiders’ strength will be their singles lineup while its doubles lineup will need some time to develop.

Sheboygan South

Coach: Aubrey Kooistra, fourth year

Last year: 10th, FRCC

Returning letter winners: Toua Yang, sr.; Jesus Rivera, sr.; Parker Slimmer, jr.; Colton Wickland, jr.; Sergio Pulido, jr.; Phillip DeTrana, so.

Overview: The Redwings return a lot of experience at the top of its singles and doubles flights. The bottom of the team’s rotation will see a number of new individuals who will need to step up for South in order to compete in the FRCC.


Coach: Clare Sedlacek, first year

Last year: First, Eastearn Wisconsin Conference

Returning letter winners: Ben Bachmann, sr.; Gabe Binversie, so.; Steven Blend, sr.; Cooper Ebbott, sr.; Matthew Primozic, so.

Overview: Plymouth has good senior leadership with a fair amount of underclassmen participation. The Panthers are strong at the top but weaker at the bottom than last year. Some new players will help.

Sheboygan Falls

Coach: Leigh Cherveny, 29th year

Last year: Fourth, EWC

Returning letter winners: Jake Musil, sr.; Nick Holschur, sr.; Danny Novicki, sr.; Blaze Heitela, sr.; Jacob Zehr, jr.

Overview: The five letter winners that return for the Falcons are each accomplished players with Kyle Pate and Zack Hand making strides as the season has progressed. Sheboygan Falls will also feature a team that currently has 17 new players competing for positions.

Howards Grove

Coach: Elizabeth Hill, fifth year

Last year: Seventh, CLC

Returning letter winners: Andrew Reinemann, jr.; Luke Stanczyk, jr.; Trent Beninghaus, jr.; Travis Stanczyk, so.; Zach Fritz, jr.; Zach Stanczyk, sr.; Erin Vallenstein, sr.; Dan Sohn, jr.

Overview: The Tigers feature a youthful lineup but one that has a strong work ethic and has come a long way. With the conference having lost many competitive seniors in the offseason, Howards Grove is looking to take advantage and finish in the top of the CLC standings.
