With the match tied at 3-3, Plymouth boys tennis team freshman Ryan Blend picked up a 6-2, 6-3 win at No. 4 singles to give the Panthers a season-opening victory over visiting Slinger on Tuesday night.

Matt Primozic picked up a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 1 singles.
