Archie Brohn earned a come-from-behind 1-6, 6-4, 6-0 win at No. 2 singles and the No. 3 doubles pair of Brandan Pallagrind-Brett Friske did the same in squeezing out a 1-6, 7-6 (7-4), 7-5 win as the Kohler boys tennis team defeated host Howards Grove 7-0 on Monday.

Also in singles for the Blue Bombers, Andrew Grose (No. 1) picked up a 6-1, 6-0 win and John Tengowski (No. 2) earned a 6-2, 6-2 victory.

Jon Watson, at No. 4 singles, gave Kohler the sweep of singles with his 6-0, 6-3 win.

Noah Fink-Cal Stafancyk got a 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 1 doubles while the No. 2 pair of Pat Marzano-Brodie Ladwig was victorious 6-1, 6-3.

Jake Zehr (No. 3) and Aaron Mullikin (No. 4) each notched 6-0, 6-0 wins in singles while Jake Musil picked up a 7-5, 6-2 win in the No. 1 flight.

In doubles, the Falcons’ No. 3 doubles teams of Ben Krueger and Mason Liebe cruised to a 6-0, 6-0 win to give Falls the road win.

Ben Bachmann-Steven Blend (No. 1), Gabe Binversie-Gavin Binversie (No. 2) and Thomas Theisen-Ryan Gallagher (No. 3) were dominant in doubles for Plymouth in the home win.

The Panthers also had easy singles wins from Matt Primozic (No. 1), Cooper Ebbott (No. 2) and Ryan Blend (No. 3).

The doubles pair of Zach Stanczyk-Dan Sohn had the Tigers’ closest match as they earned a comeback win at No. 2 doubles 5-7, 7-5, 6-0. The No. 1 pair of Zach Fritz-Keegan Rhynas won easily 6-0, 6-0.
