LAKEWOOD – After dropping their first four games of the season, Columbine won their second straight with a 16-2 win over Conifer.

With the game tied 1-1 early in the first half, Columbine rattled off seven unanswered goals before they took a 9-2 lead into the half. In the second half, the Rebels continued their dominance on offense and didn’t surrender one goal to the Lobos.

Columbine will travel to play Dakota Ridge next on Saturday at 11:30 a.m., while Conifer, who lost their first game of the season, will host Rangeview Saturday at 1 p.m.
