Detroit Renaissance 75, Detroit Pershing 60: Siyeh Frazier scored 23 points and Nina Reynolds added 20 points for Detroit Renaissance (2-1). Brittany Hill scored 25 points and Jaishala Seay had 19 points for Detroit Pershing (2-3).

Martin Luther King 74, Detroit Cody 11: Alicia Norman scored 17 points; Janae Williams had 16 points; Tia Tedford added 15 points; and Malayasia McHenry had 12 points and nine rebounds for Detroit King (1-0).

Cass Tech 62, Detroit Western 13: Candice Tate scored 16 points and Zoey Otis had eight points and 10 rebounds for Cass Tech (2-2, 1-0).

Northville 52, Walled Lake Central 19: Emily Maresh scored 15 points; Jessica Moorman had 15 points; and Kendall Dillon chipped in with 10 points for Northville (2-0). Kaitlyn Wolschlager scored nine points for Walled Lake Central (0-3).

Novi Franklin Road 39, Genesee Christian 34: Jenna Lowney had 11 points, two rebounds and two assists; and Alex Selice had eight points and seven rebounds for Novi Franklin Road (3-0). Genesee Christian is 1-1.

Farmington Hills Mercy 50, Goodrich 44: Taylor Jones had 33 points and two steals for Farmington Hills Mercy (4-0). Alexis Sevillian scored 16 points; and Tania Davis and Isabella O’Brien had 10 points apiece for Goodrich (2-1).

Roseville 54, East Detroit 32: Nija Collier had 30 points and 12 rebounds; and Chante Parker had nine points for Roseville (2-2). Kadrea Jones scored 13 points and Daniella Marsee added 11 points for East Detroit (0-1).

Dearborn Annapolis 54, Dearborn Fordson 42: Joselyn Marchyok scored 22 points for Dearborn Annapolis. Mariam Faraj scored 18 points for Dearborn Fordson (1-3).

Sterling Heights 65, Warren Mott 51: Sade’ Lemons had 40 points and 11 steals; and Maria Berishaj chipped in with nine points for Sterling Heights (1-2). Courtney Russell scored 19 points and Haile Smith added 10 points for Warren Mott (1-2).

Petoskey 37, Ogemaw Heights 33: Mary von Kronenberger scored 13 points for Ogemaw Heights (0-2).

Divine Child 44, Salem 37: Hailey Case had 19 points and seven rebounds; and Riley Blair had 11 points and eight rebounds for Divine Child (3-0). Janyra Wilson scored 10 points for Salem (0-4).

Highland Park Renaissance Academy 62, Hamtramck Frontier Academy 30: Damaris Wilson had 19 points and 11 rebounds; Larry Smith added 14 points; and Dawayne Knott had 10 points for Highland Park (1-1). Hamtramck Frontier is 0-2.

Dexter 57, Saline 24: Ben Kill scored 12 points and Noah Mallifont chipped in with 10 points for Dexter (2-0). Cam Cole had eight points for Saline (1-1).

Livonia Churchill 60, Walled Lake Northern 48: Jon Hovermale scored 14 points and Daton Davis added 13 points for Livonia Churchill (3-0). Matthew O’Brien scored 11 points for Walled Lake Northern (0-2).

Traverse City West 60, Brighton 36: Alex Scott had 20 points and 10 rebounds; Thiyo Lukusa added 14 points; and Zach McGuire had 10 points and eight rebounds for Traverse City West (1-0). Nick Crocker scored 13 points for Brighton (0-2).

Paw Paw 86, Berrien Springs 61: Nick Klingel scored 27 points; and Tanner Eubank had 26 points, seven assists and five rebounds for Paw Paw (2-0). TJ Jones scored 11 points for Berrien Springs (1-1).

Walled Lake Central 55, Northville 35: Walter Kelser scored 24 points; Nate Collins added 12 points; and Trevor Williams had nine points for Walled Lake Central (2-0). David Morrissey scored 12 points for Northville (1-1).

Yale 47, North Branch 44: Austin Gentner had 12 points, six rebounds and four assists; and Cody Kegley had 10 points and five assists for Yale (2-0). Curtis Garza scored 21 points for North Branch (0-2).

Flat Rock 78, Allen Park Cabrini 44: Tyler Karas had 16 points, Josh Green had 13 points and Bobby Martinez added 12 points for Flat Rock. Chris Formella scored 11 points and Pat Onusko chipped in with nine points for Allen Park Cabrini (0-2).

Stoney Creek 59, Rochester Adams 56: Ben Reiter scored 15 points and Eric Gilgenbach added 11 points for Stoney Creek (2-0). Spencer Littleson scored 24 points for Rochester Adams (1-1). This marks the first ever Stoney Creek win against Rochester Adams.

Ecorse 72, Kalamazoo Phoenix 71: Brian Gordan had 15 points and seven rebounds; Keeyon Leeart added 15 points; and Antoine Williams had 11 points and 14 rebounds for Ecorse (1-0). Devine Spencer scored 26 points for Kalamazoo Phoenix (0-1).

Dearborn Fordson 88, Dearborn Annapolis 65: Muhammad Zahr scored 31 points and Michael Hazime added 13 points for Dearborn Fordson (2-0). Bryan Collins scored 42 points for Dearborn Heights Annapolis (0-1).

Utica Eisenhower 64, Utica Ford 46: Justin Greson had 19 points and 13 rebounds; Jake Bratsher had 16 points; and Trevor Curle had 10 points for Utica Eisenhower (1-0). Donnie Schuster scored 14 points and Alex Iafrate had 11 points for Utica Ford (1-1).

Ice Hockey:

Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook Kingswood 4, Grand Rapids Catholic Central 0: Austin Alger had a hat-trick and one assist; and Cooper Stahl had one goal for Cranbook Kingswood (7-1). Cranbrook goalie Spencer Applebaum had 10 saves.
