Cape Henry (Virginia Beach, Va.) wing Chris Clarke ended his recruitment Thursday picking Tennessee over Connecticut, Creighton and Virginia Tech.
Clarke averaged 13.2 points and 7.5 rebounds a game this summer with Boo Williams AAU (Va.) on the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League.
Clarke, a four-star player who is ranked No. 12 among wings in the ESPN 100, is the Vols highest ranked recruit in their three-man 2015 class, which includes Tucker (Tucker, Ga.) guard Shembari Phillips and Zion-Benton Township (Zion, Ill.) forward Admiral Schofield thus far.
Last season, Clarke averaged 18.2 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists and three steals for the Dolphins in route to being named TCIS Player of the Year.
