Margot Hetzke finished with 29 points to lead Penfield to it’s second straight overtime win in a 67-63 victory over Webster Thomas on Friday in a Monroe County girls basketball game.
Hetzke, who scored eight of Penfield’s 10 points in overtime, made two free throws with 15 seconds left to give the Patriots a (7-2) a four-point lead.
Webster Thomas (4-5) led by nine points in the third quarter. Lucy Covley made a 3-pointer to tie the game at 57 with 1:13 left in regulation for Penfield.
Emma Guy recorded 13 points and 13 rebounds in the win.
Candaisy Crawford scored 17 of her 28 points in the first half and Allie Diehl made six 3-pointers and finished with 18 points for the Titans.
Rush-Henrietta 61, Fairport 54
Junior Dana Watts went 13 of 14 from the free-throw line, including 8-for-8 in the fourth quarter, and finished with 27 points for the Royal Comets (10-0).
Gates Chili 53, Hilton 44
Ceirra Dillard record 19 points and 10 rebounds, and Sedria Thomas chipped in seven points and 10 rebounds for Gates Chili (8-3).
Dillard had nine points in the fourth quarter as the Spartans got the ball inside.
Lauren Anten totaled 15 points for Hilton (5-6).
Greece Athena 39, Churchville-Chili 30
Bria Wilson had 10 points and six steals for the Trojans (8-3).
Honeoye Falls-Lima 53, Brighton 38
Freshman Maddy Meehan had a career-high 12 points and six steals for HF-L (2-8).
Taylor Reed added 11 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists for the Cougars.
Spencerport 70, Brockport 67
Brianna Campbell made a 3-pointer from the right wing with less than a second left to lift Spencerport (1-8) to its first victory.
Jacquelyn Marasco made the front end of a 1-and-1 to tie the game at 67 with eight seconds left for Spencerport. Marasco missed the second free throw but the ball went out of bounds off Brockport. Morgan Schreiner inbounded the ball to Campbell for the winning 3.
Michela Contestabile had 23 points and six rebounds and Campbell added 12 points and four assists for the Rangers.
Irondequoit 49, Webster Schroder 41
Savannah Crocetti had 18 points and 12 steals for Irondequoit (8-2), which led by nine points at halftime but trailed by a point in the third quarter.
Jen Reininger added 12 points and six assists for the Eagles.
Olivia Oullette had 16 points for the Warriors (1-8).
East 71, School of the Arts/NE-NW College Prep 30
Shania Clark had 10 points and seven assists and Khamia Gause grabbed 10 rebounds for East (7-3).
The Silverhawks are 6-3.
Wilson 38, Edison 37
Deavana Williams grabbed 12 rebounds and Tashianna Graham went 2-for-3 from the free-throw line in the final minute to keep Wilson (4-3) ahead.
Monique Green had 20 points for Edison (2-7).
Midlakes 55, Geneva 50
Sophomore Sydney Jones made five 3-pointers and finished with 25 points and five assists as Midlakes defeated Geneva.
Alli Clement added 15 points and 10 rebounds for Midlakes (6-4).

Ashley Vanderwall scored 28 points with 4 assists and 5 steals to lead Pal-Mac (8-0).

Junior Taylor VanThof finished with 17 points, 14 rebounds, 6 assists, 7 steals and went 9-for-10 from the free-throw line for the Bulldogs (8-2). She scored 11 of her 17 points in the second half.

Freshman Madison Motsay scored 32 points to go with eight assists and seven steals to pace Northstar (7-1).
Taylor Harris added 21 points and Mary Roberts chipped in 18 points for the Knights.
Rachel Curtis had 20 points for Finney (2-5).

Olivia Cox had 17 points and five rebounds and Savannah Butters collected 10 points and seven rebounds for Lima Christian (8-1).
