Girls basketball: St. Mary’s Springs holds off Two Rivers

St. Mary’s Springs 62, Two Rivers 54: Behind 23 points from Kelli Schrauth, the Ledgers held off the Purple Raiders in a nonconference contest.

Schrauth also had six rebounds as St. Mary’s Springs stayed undefeated on the young season. Melanie Schneider chipped in with 17 points and six steals for the Ledgers. Ali Ottery and Liz Bohn both had six points, while Destiny Ottery and Anja Smith chipped in with five apiece.

Elena Garcia had 16 points to lead Two Rivers, while Alexi Walesch had 14.
