Hess brothers lead Omro in quad

Omro Flyway Quad: Brother’s Chris and Matt Hess finished first and second in the 200 meters and both added second place finishes to lead the Foxes to a second place finish with 71 points in the quad.

St. Mary’s Springs took top honors with 110 points.

Chris Hess took second place in the 400 meters, while Matt Hess finished in second in the 100 meters, respectively. Alex Hatopp also finished in third place in the 100 meters.

Dom Milis and Andy Wright finished in second and third place in the 3,200 meters, and Andrew Johnson and Jacob Laughtenschlager took second and fourth place in the 300 hurdles.

Luke Seuffer took top honors in the discus and placed second in the shot put, and Erik Schwandt had a pair of third place finishes in the high jump and the Long jump. Andrew Johnson took third in the triple jump.

The Omro girls finished in third place, led by the Joelle Berger’s second place finish in the 100 meters and third place finish in the 200 meters.

Catalina Beriau had a pair of third place finishes in the 400 meters and the 800 meters for Omro as well, and Anna Hogan took second place in the triple jump as well.

The Omro 800 meter relay team also took second place.
