Latrell Irvin had 26 points and seven rebounds to lead host Marion County to a 71-69 victory over Seneca in boys’ high school basketball on Saturday.

Anthony Mattingly had 10 points, five rebounds and five assists for Marion County (15-5).

Brandon Trotter attempted a half-court shot at the finish that fell just short for the Redhawks (5-18), who got 15 points from Orand Collins and 14 from Chris Coffey.
