Jacob Mills poured in 20 points as Valley defeated Beth Haven 80-65 Monday night in a boys’ 21st District Tournament game at Holy Cross.

Jerrell Johnson added 14 points for Valley (4-15).

Austin Streble connected on four 3-pointers and scored 20 points for the Bearcats (11-14), while teammate Cody Mikel added 19 points.

23rd at Southern

: Keonte Smith scored 13 of his team-high 17 points in the first half to lead the Mustangs (4-23) over the Eagles (6-15). Matt Gabbard of Evangel led all scorers with 26 points.* Moore 74, Evangel 47

: Greg Hamilton and Len Adams led the Wyverns (14-13) past the host Eagles (6-15). Hamilton and Adams each had 13 points, while Jake Ryan led Portland Christian with 25 points.* St. Francis 45, Portland Christian 43

26th at Assumption

: Logan Calvert and Emilia Sexton each scored 11 points each to help lift the Bulldogs (19-9) past the Bears (2-21).* Male 85, Brown 14

Assumption played without three of its starters, all out because of injuries.
