Eastern’s Tyler Cambron hit a 3-pointer with two seconds left to force overtime, and the host Eagles went on to beat Christian Academy 84-81 Thursday night.

Trey Moses led Eastern (16-6) with 25 points, and Cambron had 20. Colton Talley scored 22 for the Centurions (9-14), who led 27-18 after one quarter.

* Valley 66, Beth Haven 60: The Vikings (2-13) won on the road behind Jerrell Johnson’s 18 points. Cody Mikel scored 20 for the Bearcats (8-12).

* North Bullitt 59, North Oldham 39: Behind 17 points from Ricky Dunnavan and 16 from Jarred George, the Eagles (17-7) throttled the visiting Mustangs (11-14). Trevor Burton led North Oldham with 12 points.

* Nelson County 74, Whitefield 73: Tyler Reynolds poured in 34 points as the visiting Cardinals (7-17) nipped Whitefield (8-13), which got 22 from Andrew Patterson.

* Fern Creek 81, Central 57: Shawn Best led the way with 23 points as the host Tigers (16-9) cruised past the Yellowjackets (7-17). Joe Jackson added 15 for Fern Creek. Marshall Firman paced Central with 13.

* Bullitt East 79, Jeffersontown 59: Tyler Sharpe scored 19 points and Rhett Trottman 17 as host Bullitt East (20-5) won a battle of Chargers, breaking it open with a 28-13 third quarter. Jeffersontown (13-12) got 26 points from Brandon Marshall.


* PRP 45, North Bullitt 41: Carnethia Brown scored 17 points as visiting Pleasure Ridge Park (13-8) overtook the Eagles by outscoring them 13-4 in the fourth quarter. Katie Downey had four 3-pointers and 14 points, and Erin Dolan added 10 for North Bullitt.

* Bullitt East 77, Jeffersontown 27: Lindsey Duvall’s 20 points led Bullitt East (20-5) to a blowout of visiting J’town (9-13).

* Christian Academy 64, Oldham County 59: Ashley McMurtrey poured in 37 points for host Oldham County (11-8), but it wasn’t enough. Summer Conti had 17 for the Centurions (11-14), who outscored the Colonels 19-9 in the final quarter to pull it out.

* Valley 67, Beth Haven 35: Behind 18 points from Laisha Mitchell and 15 from Lanishia Hambric, the Vikings (6-11) ripped the Bearcats (9-11). Alexis Bowles led Beth Haven with 12 points and nine rebounds.

* Doss 67, Whitefield 33: April Sanders scored 20 points and Ashauntee Hooten had four 3-pointers and 16 points as the Dragons (7-14) cruised past the host Wildcats (5-17). Kelsey Blackwell paced Whitefield with 16 points.

* Assumption 85, Brown 13: Molly Steinmetz and Cassidy Janes scored 13 each as the Rockets (6-16) buried the visiting Bears (2-16). Racheal Frank led Brown with six.

* Central 70, Fern Creek 27: Precious Herford scored 17 points and Brenda Hackett 13 as the Yellowjackets (9-7) crushed the host Tigers (10-14). Shelbi Knauer led Fern Creek with 17.

* Collegiate 33, Henry County 30: Mikaela Wright had 15 points as the host Amazons (11-6) won a defensive tussle with the Ladycats (10-11).
