Tyler Ford scored six goals to lead the Owego boys lacrosse team past visiting Oneonta, 14-9, on Friday in a Section 4 Conference game .
Ford scored the final tally of the first half to give Owego a 4-3 lead and added the first two goals in the third quarter to open their advantage to 6-3. Pat Bilbrey added four goals and two assists and the Indians outshot Oneonta 42-25.
Sam Sherrill lead Oneonta with a hat trick and goalie Joe Sherrill picked up 20 saves.

Owego 11, Norwich 1: At Owego, the Indians plated seven runs in the fifth inning and cruised in a STAC matchup. Thomasina Greeno went 3-for-4 for the Indians with a pair of RBIs. Kim Lavender and Mary Stenson also drove in two runs each. Allie Heeman threw a complete game, striking out 12.
Tioga 6, Spencer-Van Etten 1: At Spencer-Van Etten, Sam Wood struck out 12 in helping the Tigers win the Interscholastic Athletic Conference game.

Norwich 5, Owego 1: At Owego, Cody Barnes recorded nine strikeouts for the Purple Tornado, holding the Indians in check in a Southern Tier Athletic Conference matchup.
