High school students pledge to stop violence

Some high school students are taking a pledge to stop violence against women.

They can’t do it alone, so they’ve got a plan to get the whole community involved this weekend.

Three instrumental people in this huge effort to combat a serious issue joined WKYC’s’ Chris Tye on the News @ 7.

Jerome Baker, a senior at Benedictine and one of the top football players in the country. Judge Dick Ambrose, a former Cleveland Browns player. And Maria Alvarez, an award-winning filmmaker and student at Beachwood High School.
