John Glenn blew open a 2-1 halftime lead with five second-half goals, including a hat trick by Abby Wagner, in a 7-1 win over host Marietta.

Ali Hill scored unassisted at the 22:56 mark of the first half and Harlie Gregory made it 2-0 John Glenn with a goal at the 19:08 mark.

Tanner Moss scored with nine minutes left in the first half to bring the Tigers within 2-1.

Wagner started the second-half scoring on an assist by Gregory at the 32:17 mark, and Hannah Matheney scored about a minute later to stretch the lead to 4-1.

Wagner added two more goals with the latter assisted by Alli Hylton, and Gregory added her second goal on a Hill assist.

John Glenn owned a 22-10 advantage in shots on goal. Hannah Stephen made nine stops in the win, and Norah Gulick had 15 saves for Marietta.

John Glenn won the reserve match 1-0 on a score by Regan Wilson.
