Brittany Schaller scored four unassisted goals as the Howards Grove girls soccer team earned a 4-0 road win over Sheboygan Christian on Tuesday night.
Schaller’s goals came in the seventh, 14th and 19th minute as the Tigers (9-1, 7-0 Central Lakeshore Conference) led 3-0 at halftime before she notched her final score at the 67-minute mark.
Howards had eight shots on goal while Olivia Stauss made three saves and teammate Sam Yancy two.
“We started a little flat, but once we found our pace we possessed and made many runs,” Howards Grove coach Todd Fischer said. “I was proud of the girls’ efforts today. The Christian players played with heart. With no subs they kept at it and never gave up.”
Sheboygan Christian totaled five shots on goal.

Leading 5-0, Cedar Grove-Belgium scored seven runs in the sixth inning to pick up the road win in six sinnings.
The Rockets had 16 hits as Mandi Race hit for the cycle by going 4-for-4 while Kasie Fiend went 3-for-4 with a triple and three RBI.
Fiend also earned the win, allowing five hits and no walks.
