The Providence Stallions (6-1) will venture to Episcopal (5-1) tonight to face the Eagles. Both teams have been working hard all week for this match-up.

6:55 pm Providence wins the toss. Episcopal will receive.

7:03 pm Eagles with a strong start after gaining fifteen due to a Providence interference on the but do nothing with it.

7:08 pm On the first Providence possession top ranked running back Jamauri Wakefield gains 25 up the middle. He trots his way into the end zone on the next play. The extra point is good. Episcopal 0, Providence 7.

7:16 pm Multiple overthrown passes are costly for Episcopal. Providence’s Jermaine Helm returns a punt to the Providence 49. 5:25 is left in the first.

7:22 pm Jamauri Wakefield is helping the Providence Stallions inch their way to the end zone but they just can’t cross the line. With a minute left on the 15 they attempt an unsuccessful field goal.

7:33 pm After a couple drives that go nowhere a 15 yard bullet lands in the hands of Episcopal’s Jonah Daniels at their 49. 6:12 is left in the second.

7:44 pm Providence’s Kenneth Coleman intercepts a long pass and runs it down to the Episcopal 48.

7:51 pm Jamauri Wakefield is at it again. Another touchdown for the Stallions. With 2:30 left in the second the score is Episcopal 0, Providence 14.

7:58 pm Providence makes up for a string of penalties that left them around the 10 with a catch from Derrick McCants on their own 43.

8:04 pm Jamauri Wakefield squeezes through multiple Eagles for another touchdown. With seconds left in the half the score is

8:31 pm Providence’s Adam Boselli returns the kickoff to the Stallion’s own 20. Boselli runs out at the 40 for a 30 yard run on the next play.

8:37 pm Providence scores again. This time Adam Boselli crosses into the end zone. Special teams fake an extra point and goes for a two-point conversion unsuccessfully. With 7:57 left in the third quarter the score is Episcopal 0, Providence 27.

8:52 pm After being caught at their own 10, Episcopal punts it to their 44.

8:54 pm Another nice run by Jamauri Wakefield. Providence has possession on Episcopal’s 23 with 30 seconds left in the third.

9:22 pm A nice drive by Episcopal is wasted when a pass is intercepted by Kenneth Coleman in the end zone.

9:31 pm A 30 yard pass lands in Will Singletary’s hands brings Episcopal to the Providence 32.

9:33 pm Episcopal’s AJ Wooten trots into the end zone to get the Eagles on the board. The extra point is good. With 1:35 left in the game the score is Episcopal 7, Providence 34.

9:38 pm Providence takes a knee.
