THE PRAISE

“Mason Fine is an excellent player and competitor,” said Shane Richardson, head coach of rival Tahlequah (Okla.) Sequoyah. “He is probably the best quarterback I’ve coached against. He has set records in Oklahoma this year. You can tell he is the leader of his team by watching them feed off of his energy. On our team, we ask our players to play with great effort, attitude and intensity. Mason Fine embodies that creed. He is an absolute nightmare to prepare for and, at the same time, fun as heck to watch.”

THE FUTURE: Fine will be a senior next fall.
