The Windsor High School boys tennis team didn’t drop a set in their sweep of Skyline on Wednesday, Sept. 10.
The Wizards’ Cole Mills didn’t even lose a game in his 6-0, 6-0 victory over Jarod Balentine at No. 1 singles. Chase Lukasiewicz and Andrew Myers also contributed singles wins.
The doubles teams of Josh Villa and Joey Erbacher, Ellis Johnson and Michael Gueswell, Nathan Tucker and Jacob Liberty, and Matt Tyrrell and Max McManigal were winners for Windsor (6-1, 2-0). The No. 4 doubles team of Tyrrell and McManigal also recorded a 6-0, 6-0 win.
Windsor will next be at the Longmont Invite on Saturday, Sept. 12.
Fort Collins 6, Poudre 1 — The Lambkins swept the doubles matches on their way to a win over their city rivals. Jeremiah Gattas and C.J. Moddelmog won the Nos. 1 and 2 singles, respectively, for Fort Collins, while Poudre’s Keaton Bartlett got the Impalas’ only win at No. 3 singles.
