The Manitowoc Lincoln softball team fell to host De Pere in a doubleheader on Saturday by scores of 2-1 and 7-4.
Trailing 1-0 heading in the top of the sixth in Game 1, Jaydin Grenier drove in a run for the Ships to tie the game at one apiece.
However, the Redbirds scored a run in the home half of the seventh for the walk-off win.
Sabrina Luedtke had two hits for Lincoln.
Hannah Spindler took the loss. She pitched all seven innings and allowed two runs on four hits, striking out four.
The Ships found themselves trailing by two in the fifth inning of Game 2, but knotted the game at 4-4 with two runs in their half of the frame.
Once again, De Pere had an answer. The Redbirds pushed across three runs in the seventh inning to claim the win.
Kaitlyn Sukowaty pitched six and 2⁄3 innings for the Ships. She allowed eight hits, struck out four and walked three.
Luedtke finished the contest 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI. Hailee Kotche went 3-for-4 with a run driven in while Shayna Schroeder finished with a hit and drove in two.
