School Spirit Celebration Contest

WASHINGTON (WUSA 9) — Do cheers from your high school’s student section shake the bleachers on game day? Do fans pack the football stadium decked out in school colors for every matchup? Do the marching band, cheerleaders and school mascot get the crowd pumped up every weekend, no matter the weather? Then let us know!

You could help your high school win $500.

To kick off our high school football coverage this fall, WUSA 9 is looking to name the most spirited high school in the DC area, but we need your help!

If you’re a 9th-12th grade student enrolled in a public, private or charter school in D.C., Maryland or Virginia — fill out the form below to nominate YOUR high school for the accolade.

Between August 4, 2014 and August 24, 2014, nominated schools will be placed in a poll. The school with the most votes by 11:59 p.m. on August 24 will be named the Most Spirited High School in the D.C. area, and receive a check for $500!

Thank you for entering and good luck! Follow this link for official contest rules:
