The Raiders (16-3) closed with wins over Suffern, John Jay, Rye, White Plains and Mahopac to earn the No. 2 seed.
Division I play begins Friday with an out-bracket game, and continues Sunday with quarterfinal matchups.
Pelham survived an extremely difficult schedule this season and earned the No. 1 seed in Division II. The Pelicans (16-3-1), who celebrated back-to-back sectional titles in 2011 and 2012, lost two games against Suffern this season.
Pearl River is seeded second following an impressive run. The Pirates (15-3-1) were three games under .500 last season.
Division II play begins Monday and continues Wednesday with quarterfinal matchups.
