Oshkosh Ice Hawks 3, St. Mary’s Springs 1: Johnny Welsch scored the lone Ledger goal with 45 seconds left in the game as Springs suffered its fourth straight loss.

Andrew Riehl made 20 saves in goal and blanked the Ice Hawks for all but a four-minute span early in the second period when Oshkosh scored all three of its goals.

The Ledgers put up 32 shots in the game and had numerous scoring opportunities, but couldn’t find the net as Oshkosh netminder Zach Holliday finished with 31 saves.
