The Golden Gale boys had four first-place finishes and the girls had one at the Ohio Capital Conference meet Saturday at New Albany.

Lancaster boys placed third (211) behind Pickerington North (330) and Grove City (232). The Gale girls were fourth (157) behind Gahanna (354), Reynoldsburg (222) and the Panthers.

For the boys, Ryan DePietro won the 200 individual medley (1:58.75) and 100 breaststroke (1:03.48); Garrett Dunn was first in the 100 butterfly (58.99) and second in the 200 freestyle (1:56.66); and the 400 free relay won in 3:26.8. Scott Gayfield was second in the 500 free, Matthew Doner took third in the 50 free (22.92) and the 200 free relay was third (1:33.68).

Sarah Crum was first in the 100 butterfly (1:02.72) for the girls. Olivia Young placed third in the 50 free (26.1 and the 400 free relay was third (4:12.65).
