Val Cucci, Ursuline softball: The sophomre went 3 for 4 with a double, a home run, and drove in five in the Koalas’ 11-7 win over Eastchester.

Christina DeCarlo, Harrison softball: The sophomore pitched a two-hitter and struck out 11 in the Huskies’ 3-2 win over Horace Greeley.

Olivia DeLaurentis, Blind Brook softball: DeLaurentis had a home run, a triple, two walks and five RBI in the Trojans’ 8-7 win over Good Counsel.

Jessica Finklestein, Harrison girls lacrosse: Finklestein had seven goals and two assists in the Huskies’ 15-7 win over visiting Ardsley.

Ryan Howe, Nyack baseball: Howe went 2 for 2 with a home run, three runs scored and two RBI in the Indians’ 7-5 win at Byram Hills.

Mike Pappalardo, Ossining boys lacrosse: Pappalardo had six goals and two assists in the Pride’s 11-8 win over visiting Sleepy Hollow.

Kaitlyn Rau, North Rockland girls lacrosse: The senior attack had five goals and two assists in the Red Raiders’ 14-3 win over Nanuet at Torne Valley to become the program’s all-time points leader with 302.

Wednesday’s must see event

Boys lacrosse: Yorktown at Bronxville, 4:30 p.m. Two of the section’s best teams clash in a non-league battle.
