With snow in the forecast for this afternoon, all of Friday’s high school basketball games and swimming and wrestling regionals in the Louisville area have been postponed.

The Region Two swim meet at the University of Louisville’s Ralph Wright Natatorium has been rescheduled for Saturday, with timed finals set for noon (girls) and 6 p.m. (boys). In timed finals, everyone competes once in heats and a final placing is determined by the times.

The Region Three wrestling meet at North Bullitt and the Region Four wrestling meet at Central have been rescheduled for Saturday and Sunday. Wrestling at both sites will begin at noon Saturday and pick up again at 1 p.m. Sunday with whatever matches need to be completed.

* Boys: Portland Christian at Atherton; Central Hardin at Bullitt Central; Iroquois at Butler; Collins at DeSales; Moore at Doss; Male at Manual (rescheduled for 5 p.m. Sunday); Western at Holy Cross; Southern at Jeffersontown; Christian Academy at Oldham County; Fairdale at Pleasure Ridge Park (rescheduled for 7:30 p.m. Monday); Henry County at Shelby County; Boyle County at South Oldham; Brown at St. Francis; Fern Creek at St. Xavier; Seneca at Thomas Nelson; Lafayette at Trinity (rescheduled for 7:30 p.m. Saturday); Eastern at Waggener; Valley at Whitefield Academy.

* Girls: Shawnee at Atherton; Central Hardin at Bullitt Central; Central at Bullitt East; Moore at Doss; Male at Manual (rescheduled for 3:30 p.m. Sunday); Western at Holy Cross; Southern at Jeffersontown; North Bullitt at John Hardin; Ballard at Meade County; Lexington Catholic at Mercy; Oldham County at Mercer County; Fairdale at Pleasure Ridge Park (rescheduled for 6 p.m. Monday); Butler at Sacred Heart; North Oldham at Seneca; Brown at St. Francis; Eastern at Waggener; Valley at Whitefield Academy.
