Tennessee offered a scholarship to Oak Ridge sophomore wide receiver Tee Higgins on Monday.
According to Oak Ridge coach Joe Gaddis, Higgins is 6-foot-4, 180 pounds.
He has 23 catches for 387 yards and six touchdowns for the 9-0 Wildcats.
Higgins is a member of the 2017 high school class.
The top high school softball teams in the country as of April 1.
