USA TODAY High School Sports is proud to announce the American Family Insurance ALL-USA Mississippi Girls Basketball Team. Players were selected based on their athletic achievements from the 2014-15 season.

COACH OF THE YEAR

Janna Thompson, Horn Lake
Thompson led Horn Lake to its second straight Class 6A state title. A relatively new coach, Thompson, 32, has already won three state championships since 2010.

FIRST TEAM

Player of the Year
Trista Magee, F, Presbyterian Christian (Hattiesburg), 6-0, Sr.
Magee, a University of Alabama recruit, was the only girls basketball McDonald’s All-American from Mississippi. She was dominant as a senior, averaging a double-double – 19.4 points and 11.0 rebounds.

Jazzmun Holmes, G, Harrison Central (Gulfport), 5-8, Sr.

Myah Taylor, G, Olive Branch, 5-7, So.

Octavia Barnes, F, Raymond, 5-10, Sr.

Alexyse Thomas, C, Horn Lake, 6-3, Sr.
