COACH OF THE YEAR
Victor Herbst, Craig (Janesville)
Herbst led the Cougars to their first state title since 1998 and fourth overall with a sterling 29-1 record. Craig won the Big Eight Conference title for the first time in 15 seasons despite having only two players listed under honorable mention on the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association All-State team.
Player of the Year
Logan Wonn, INF, Oconomowoc, 6-2/210, Sr.
The Jacksonville University signee won the Wisconsin Little Ten Conference Player of the Year Award and was one of three selected as the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association Players of the Year. He went 11-1 with a 0.30 ERA, 119 strikeouts and posted nine shutouts during the season, including the state quarterfinals. He also batted .447 with 33 RBI.
