USA TODAY High School Sports is proud to announce the 2015 American Family Insurance ALL-USA Alaska Football Team. Players were selected based on their athletic achievements from the 2015-16 season.

COACH OF THE YEAR: Galen Brantley Jr., Soldotna

Brantley presides over a Soldotna team that has won four consecutive Medium School state championships after this year’s 10-0 campaign. The Stars beat three Large School division teams this fall and own a state record 39-game winning streak.


OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Sean Duffy, West (Anchorage)

Duffy finished the season with 2,652 passing yards and 23 touchdowns to lead West to a Large Schools state title. He was at his best when it mattered most, piling up 733 yards and seven scores (with zero interceptions) in the state semifinals and finals combined.

Walden may have only registered four sacks on the season from his defensive line position, but he was the heart and soul of a dominant Soldotna defense. He was the Medium School Defensive Player of the Year for a second straight season this fall.
