USA TODAY High School Sports is proud to announce the 2015 American Family Insurance ALL-USA Oregon Football Team. Players were selected based on their athletic achievements from the 2015-16 season.

COACH OF THE YEAR: Joe Padilla, Summit (Bend)

Not only did Padilla lead Summit to its first-ever playoff appearance and its first-ever playoff victory this fall, he went ahead and coached the team to its first-ever state championship. Coming off a 7-3 season in 2014 and then losing their best player (Oregon-bound tight end Cam McCormick) to an early season injury, the Storm were no one’s pick to win the Class 5A crown this season. But after beating Ashland, 45-28, the dream season was complete.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Jason Talley, Jesuit (Portland)

Talley was the key cog in Jesuit’s high-octane offense that averaged 54 points per game en route to a Class 6A state championship. He rushed for 2,620 yards and 45 touchdowns, including 145 yards and a score in Jesuit’s 21-14 title-game triumph over West Linn.
