Brad Hawkins Jr. makes a catch for Camden (N.J.) High School.
Brad Hawkins Jr., a four-star wide receiver from Camden, N.J., verbally committed to Michigan today, becoming the 21st member of the Wolverines’ 2016 recruiting class.
Hawkins is listed at 6-feet-2 and 195 pounds. He’s ranked by rivals.com as the No. 7 prospect in New Jersey and No. 206 in the country, as well as the No. 42 receiver.

Hawkins had narrowed his college choices to U-M, Oregon, South Carolina, Rutgers and Temple.
He’s high school teammates with four-star defensive end Ron Johnson, who committed to U-M last month.
Verbal commitments are nonbinding until national letters of intent are signed in February.
