KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — Back-to-back losses against Hough and Mallard Creek definitely took some wind out of the A.L. Brown sails, but the Wonders bounced back with a 34-7 victory against West Charlotte Friday.
Mike Newsome’s team will wrap up the regular season against Hopewell with an opportunity to clinch the conference’s No. 3 spot heading into the Class 4A playoffs.
