WARREN The Port Huron High School softball team lost to Warren Mott 10-9 in nine innings Tuesday.
Tori Fenner went all nine innings for Port Huron in the Macomb Area Conference Gold Division loss. She allowed 15 hits and struck out five.
Sydney Grygorcewicz had two hits (RBI) and four stolen bases and Fenner added two hits, including a double for the Big Reds.
Port Huron (2-2, 4-3) will return home Thursday against Center Line.

The Vikings got an easy mercy win to bring them to 6-1 overall.
Paige Ameel was on fire on the rubber, pitching 14 strikeouts and giving up just two hits.
Chase King had two doubles, two runs and two RBI for Marysville, while Lydia Sawdon, Jacque Rogers and Ameel all had two hits, including a double.
Elyse Motte and Natalie Curley also scored two runs each in the win.
ST. CLAIR 4
Avary Humes was the top Saint, batting 2-for-4 with a run. Maddie Gapshes also had a hit and an RBI.
Hannah Gomola took the loss on the mound for St. Clair
Jaylyn Fields went all seven innings in game one, throwing 11 strikeouts and giving up four hits. Emily Andrews was the top Tigers hitter, smacking three hits with one triple.
Game two was Madison Kortes’ turn to throw 11 strikeouts, also having two hits and an RBI at the plate. Cassidy Rawlins also had a hit and RBI for Armada.
The Tigers are now 8-4 overall and 4-1 in the league.
Yale’s Holly Engle gave up six hits, but threw 11 strikeouts in the game one loss. Nicole Fields had three hits and a triple to power the Bulldogs offense as well.
In the second game, Yale’s Natalie Keith fired 15 strikeouts in seven innings.
Keith also had two hits, including a triple. Autumn Schade roped two hits with a triple for Yale as well, who are now 4-5 overall and 2-4 in the BWAC.
