Justin Hammerel scored a goal to help lead Sartell to a 3-2 boys soccer win over St. Cloud Cathedral on Saturday at Husky Stadium.
Ethan Kiffmeyer and Turner Kuhn also had goals for Sartell, which took a 2-1 lead at the half.
Noah Amundson and Tanner Schmit scored the goals for the Crusaders.
Sartell improves to 3-1-1. Cathedral is 2-3.

ROGERS Mohamed Abdi scored two goals for the Tigers, who downed Rogers in a nonconference game Saturday.
Sean Randolph also had a goal for Tech (4-1-1).

Hannah Hatling made 16 saves for the Tigers (0-7).

ROCHESTER MAYO INVITATIONAL
ROCHESTER Eighth grader Kate Inderieden finished second at No. 4 singles and went 2-1 on the day to lead St. Cloud Tech.
Ashley Tarrolly was also 2-1 at No. 3 singles for Tech.
The Tigers finished in fifth place.

ALEXANDRIA Morgan Kranz was the only Mainstreeter to win two matches on the day.
Sauk Centre fell to Coon Rapids 6-1, Crookston 6-1 and Alexandria 6-1.
Kranz won the No. 1 singles match 6-3, 6-2 against Coon Rapids and helped Molly Weyer win the No. 1 doubles match against Alexandria 6-3, 2-6, 10-8.
