MARION, Ind. — Richmond dropped an NCC nailbiter with Marion on Saturday, falling 3-0 in penalty kicks.

The game was scoreless after regulation and overtime. Nikki Mittenthal had seven saves for the Red Devils, who have the No. 2 seed in the upcoming NCC Tournament.

Richmond defeated Muncie Central 38-12 on Saturday.

Nick Weckenmann rushed for two touchdowns, while Mikey Vance and Brice Brown each added a rushing score. The run game was helped by the offensive line of Jacob Jones, Kyle Stigleman, Isaac Harrison, Kavontae Taborn-Wright and Zack Clinton creating space.

Alec Snedigar tossed a 25-yard touchdown pass to Stefan Huber, while Oshay Henderson and Owen Cook had two-point conversions.
