Asheville School senior David Schill went over the 1,000-yard mark in passing Friday.
Schill (1,008 yards and 11 touchdowns with 14 interceptions) has thrown for 100 or more yards in every game this season for the Blues (3-4), including 102 in last week’s 31-7 loss at Cannon School.
Schill’s top receivers have been Ahmad Galimore (30 receptions for 442 yards and five touchdowns), Chris Amoroso (15 receptions for 131 yards and one touchdown) and Rashad Morrison (14 receptions for 150 yards).
Asheville School’s next game is Friday at Concord First Assembly. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
