Asheville High junior Jared Patterson has been invited to the Under Armour Baseball Factory National East Showcase scheduled for July 10-11 in Georgia.

Asheville Athlete Selected to Under Armour Baseball Factory Team One Showcase
Asheville, NC Local athlete Jared Patterson has been selected to perform in the 2015 Under Armour Baseball Factory National East Showcase in Georgia. Patterson’s strong performance at the Greenville, SC Under Armour Baseball Factory National Tryout in March, earned him a selection to this prestigious event.
Baseball Factory Team One Showcases are national events sponsored by Under Armour. Top high school players from across the country are scouted and selected to participate in regional Team One Showcase events. In Georgia, players will get the opportunity to play in front of a large contingent of scouts, major college baseball programs, and other baseball decision-makers. Team One Baseball has seen over 375 players go onto the Major Leagues since its inception in 1992.
The showcase event will take place on Friday, July 10th and Saturday, July 11th at The Chuck at Homeplate in Peachtree City, GA. Baseball Factory’s Team One scouts will evaluate 2016 & 2017 graduates for selection to the Under Armour All-America Game, powered by Baseball Factory. The Under Armour All-America Game is played yearly at Wrigley Field in Chicago, IL.
Patterson, a third baseman and catcher, will soon enter his senior year at Asheville High School. Baseball Factory would like to congratulate Patterson on his selection and would like to wish him the best of luck at this showcase event and throughout the remainder of his high school career.
