Talon Babcock delivered in the clutch again for Coshocton Wednesday.

Babcock drilled a pitch to the gap in left field, bringing home pinch runner Deryk Bowman for the game-winning run in the 11th inning of a 3-2 victory over visiting Marietta in East Central Ohio League action at Lake Park.

The Redskins (13-3, 5-2) led 1-0 after the first, but Marietta took a 2-1 lead with a pair of runs in the sixth.

Coshocton forced extra innings in the seventh. Logan Hough walked and stole second before scoring on a single by Alex McPeak.

Andrew Mason started the 11th-inning rally with a one-out single. He stole second and was replaced by Bowman. After an intentional walk to Damon Miller, Babcock ended the game.

McPeak earned the win in relief of Babcock. McPeak had six strikeouts and allowed two hits in three innings, and Babcock struck out 11, walked four and gave up six hits in eight frames. Both also had two singles and a RBI.

Chant Binegar took the loss, allowing one run on four hits with two strikeouts in 3 1/3 innings and Austin Hefter had two singles and a RBI.

Coshocton visits New Philadelphia Thursday.
