Tyler Myers collected three hits and swatted the walk-off, two-run single in the bottom of the seventh in the host Franklin D. Roosevelt High School’s 7-6 win over Poughkeepsie in Hyde Park on Wednesday.

Kyle Zigner had three hits with an RBI triple in the seventh, while Will Grega had a two run single for Roosevelt (16-2).

Dan Rivera pitched scoreless fifth, sixth and seventh innings — with five strikeouts and no hits.

Roy C. Ketcham 10, Carmel 3 — Nick Simmons homered twice for the host Indians and finished 2 for 3. Jeremy Lopez swatted a solo home run.

“This was one of our better hitting days all year,” Ketcham coach Pat Mealy said. “Hitting is contagious, and they did a great job with it.”

Greg Blum took a no-hitter into the sixth inning, but gave up a leadoff single in the seventh.

“He was fantastic today,” Mealy said. “He was in control, did a fantastic job.”

Ketcham (15-3) hosts its Ricky Lombardo Tournament on Saturday. The Indians will start with a game against Beacon at 10 a.m.

Arlington 4, John Jay 1 — Simon Alvarez smacked a two-run home run and Evin Kleinganz tossed a complete game, as the visiting Admirals won.

Jack Matero cracked an RBI single for John Jay, while Mike Attebery was 2 for 3. Starting pitcher Nick Peterson tossed a complete game.

“We’re right there with everybody,” said John Jay coach Eric Frink, whose Patriots fell to 6-12. “We’ve shown toughness, it’s just getting over the hump in critical spots. Regardless of how it finishes, we’re battle tested for sectionals.”

Arlington and John Jay meet again at 4:30 p.m. on Friday in Freedom Plains.

Pawling 13, Millbrook 7 — Joe Gentile was 2 for 4, including a double, three RBI and two runs scored, leading the host Tigers to a win.

Aiden King finished 2 for 2 (single, double, RBI), while David Bellucci was 2 for 4 with a double and two RBI. Tyler Schilib (2 for 3) also contributed with two singles.

David Bellucci pitched five innings, earning four strikeouts for the Tigers.

Pawling (9-8) hosts Haldane Saturday at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. for a doubleheader.

Arlington B 16, Haldane 5 — R.J. Brideau was 4 for 5 with three RBI, and Dave Fendrich was 2 for 3 with four RBI as the visiting Admirals (7-7) beat the Blue Devils.

For Haldane (6-10), Justin Ferdico was 3 for 4 with two runs scored.

The teams face again at 3:45 p.m. Thursday in Freedom Plains.

Lakeland 1, Beacon 0 — Ryan Frost struck out five and walked none, allowing seven hits over nine innings, but the Hornets won on a walk-off hit in extra innings.

Frost doubled and Declan Costello had two hits for Beacon (10-6-1), which hosts Lakeland at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Fishkill’s Dutchess Stadium.

Marlboro 10, Pine Plains 6 — John Mooradian had three hits, including a triple and a double, and three RBI as the Iron Dukes beat the Bombers at Fishkill’s Dutchess Stadium.

Kyle Cherubini had three hits, scored three times and had an RBI for Marlboro (12-3). Xavier Oliver, Nick Mongelli, Jack Rusk and Tristan Ceriello each had an RBI for Marlboro.

For Pine Plains, Tim Hennessey had two hits and two RBI.
