A lot of players were productive this week, but arguably none did as much this week on the offensive end as Mahopac’s Kim Harker last week.
Not only did the senior put up 17 goals and one assist over her team’s three games, she also picked up 14 ground balls and went 16 for 23 on draw controls. Saturday’s game against Pearl River was the highlight, as she put up 10 goals, picked up a team-high four ground balls and went 8-of-10 on draw controls.
To top it all off, she reached 200 goals for her career on Saturday, becoming the first player in program history to hit the milestone.
Speaking of Mahopac, I should also note that Harker’s teammate, Kelly Maxwell, set the program’s record for assists in a game against Wappingers, putting up three goals and eight assists on Wednesday.
