Wednesday is 2015 National Signing Day, which means high school athletes across the country will make their college commitments official with the signing of their letter of intent.

Beaverton High School hosted a ceremony celebrating the signing of four of their athletes.

Offensive lineman Jared Hilbers signed to play for the University of Washington. The three-star lineman was part of the Huskies’ No. 27 ranked recruiting class, according to ESPN.

Chidubem Nnoli signed with Southern Oregon, the defending NAIA national champions. The 5-foot-11, 185-pound running back was named second team All-Metro League after rushing for over 900 yards and 11 touchdowns in eight games last season.

Stephen Marcille also signed with Southern Oregon. The wide receiver missed most of last season after suffering a right knee injury. He’s excited to be joining an offense that averaged 45.7 points per game, second in the NAIA.

Casey Cornwell capped the event by signing to play baseball for Western Nevada College. The infielder was 2014 Metro League Player of the Year and was named first team all-state.
