Bellevue softball offense powers past Ontario

The Bellevue softball team pounded out 16 hits and cruised to a 14-4 win over Ontario in Northern Ohio League play Tuesday.

Carly Santoro went 4-for-5 at the plate with three doubles and four RBIs. Jena Weider was 2-3 with a home run and four RBIs and Lyndsey Seamon was 1-3 with a home run.

Morgan Andrews got the win in the circle as she pitched all six innings, allowed four earned runs on six hits with seven strikeouts. Andrews also went 3-4 at the plate.

The Lady Red improve their season record to 13-2, 8-0.
