The Mountain Home Bombers split a 7A/6A-East Conference doubleheader with the Cabot Panthers on Friday night at Cabot.

The Bombers (6-5, 3-3) won the first game, 6-5, with Ryan Czanstkowski tossing a complete game on the mound and blasting a two-run home run in a six-run third inning for Mountain Home.

Matt Robbins drove in two runs and Cole Anderson had a triple for the Bombers.

Cabot posted a 14-1 win over Mountain Home in the nightcap, with Mason Smith taking the loss on the mound.

Mountain Home had six hits in the contest, including two each by Robbins and Czanstkowski.

The Bombers host Little Rock Central in another league doubleheader at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
