CLIMAX – Dallas Froberg put up a career-high 49 points in a Climax-Scotts, 81-41, rout of Litchfield at home on Tuesday night.
“We really emphasized coming out hard in the third quarter and (Froberg) was scoring within the flow of the game,” said Climax-Scotts’ head coach Stve Critchlow. “A lot of his baskets came off good defense. He’s a scorer and our guys did a good job of finding him.”
Froberg grabbed eight rebounds and had six steals to go with his 49 points.
Also for the Panthers (9-2, 6-2 SCAA), Ethan Vosburg scored 13 points with five assists and three steals, Chase Audette had four points and eight rebounds and Logan Hunter grabbed eight boards.

(At) Quincy 64, Coldwater 50: Quincy improved to 9-0 on the year behind Jake Rider’s 25 points and eight rebounds. Also for the Orioles, Jake Jodway had 18 points and eight rebounds; Nick Haberl had nine points and six rebounds; Chase Cook had eight assists and Quinn Eifrid had four assists.
Coldwater (1-9) was led by Collin Warner with 24 points and five rebounds, while Luke Beckhusen had seven points and four steals.
(At) Union City 57, Mendon 54: Darren Austin scored 16 points with five rebounds and Jalen Boes had 15 points and four assists in the win for Union City (9-1, 4-1 Big 8.
(At) Stevensville-Lakeshore 49, Lakeview 31: Hunter Bost scored 17 points with nine rebounds and T.J. Fisk had four points and nine rebounds in the loss for Lakeview (1-8).
Jackson Christian 45, (at) Bellevue 35: Chris Patterson finished with nine points and four rebounds in the loss for Bellevue. Also for the Broncos (6-4, 4-3 SCAA), Tony Reid had seven points and eight rebounds and Tate McCarn had seven points.
(At) Bronson 45, Centreville 44 (Mon.): The Vikings picked up this B-C-S Conference victory behind Sean Kenny’s double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds. Also for Bronson, Daniel McMichael had nine points and Eric Toledo pulled down eight rebounds.
(At) Hillsdale Academy 68, Tekonsha 41: Riley Lloyd finished with 13 points in the loss for Tekonsha. Chyene Wiescholek had 10 points 3-7, 1-5 SCAA.
Will Carleton 55, (at) Calhoun Christian 37: Chase Flach scored 13 points with six rebounds, Charlie Snyder scored 12 points with eight rebounds and Caleb Steele had six points and grabbed 11 rebounds in the loss for Calhoun Christian (1-11).
Delton Kellogg 54, (at) Hackett Catholic Prep 53: Delton Kellogg won its fifth straight game after starting the season 0-3, led by Landon Grizzle’s double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Also for the Panthers (5-4, 3-3 KVA), Noah Leinaar had 12 points and four assists; Cogan McCoy had 11 points and four assists and Zack Cooper had five rebounds.
(At) Maple Valley 53, Springport 36: Andrew Brighton led Maple Valley with 31 points, seven steals and seven rebounds and Zach Wollcot added seven points for the Lions (2-7) in the win.
