Walter Gadsby had a goal and two assists and Ryan Euell dished two assists to lead Rhinebeck High School over Dover, 5-1, in boys soccer on Friday.
Gadsby assisted the Hawks’ first two goals and his feed to Cameron Mimoso gave them a 2-0 lead in the 27th minute.
Chris Marvin, Andrew Tyson and Matt Flanagan each added a goal and Spencer Hutchins made two saves for Rhinebeck (4-1).
Kenny Joseph scored in the 21st minute for Dover.
“Our guys are definitely growing as a team as the season moves on,” Rhinebeck coach Justin Wiesenthal said. “It was a very nice win.”
Beacon 3, Hendrick Hudson 1 — Brandon Bernardi poured in two goals to lead the host Bulldogs. Devin Lambe had one goal and an assist. Jack Rothberg and Terrell Davis each contributed with an assist.
Declan Costello had three saves for the Bulldogs.
Beacon (5-2) hosts Walter Panas Monday at 4:30 p.m.
Wallkill 9, Poughkeepsie 3 — Jason Augustine had a hat trick in the Pioneers’ road loss.
Poughkeepsie fell to 3-4.
Middletown 4, Franklin D. Roosevelt 2 — Ethan Hart and Brandon Garcias each scored a goal for visiting Roosevelt in the loss. Ryan Diehl made nine saves for the Presidents (4-4).
Pine Plains 3, Webutuck 1— Luis Ayala had a goal and an assist to lead host Pine Plains late Thursday. Marc Jusi scored on a free kick in the 19th minute to tie the score at 1 for the Bombers. Webutuck had scored in the seventh minute. Ayala’s goal, off an assist from Tyler Pusello, gave Pine Plains a 2-1 lead in the 24th minute. Leo Vega added a goal in the second half. Omar Mendez made six saves for the Bombers (1-5-1).
