Kyle Uzdavines accounted for the only goal needed to decide a victor on Wednesday as the Williamstown High School boys’ soccer team earned a 1-0 triumph over Clearview in a Tri-County Conference game.
Alec Fallon put the scoring play in motion, feeding Uzadavines with a pass for the winning goal.
The Braves improved its record to 10-4 while the Pioneers dropped to 5-8-1.
• Glassboro 3, Deptford 1: The Bulldogs continued their winning ways improving to 12-3 as Kris Hartung, Jon Torres and Hunter Briggs all scored to power the offense. Goalkeeper Shaun Dowdy stopped seven shots to finish off the victory.
• Delsea 1, Kingsway 0: Doug Gant delivered the game’s lone goal as the Crusaders hit the win column. Delsea bumped its record to 11-1-1.
• Gloucester Catholic 3, Wildwood 0: Nick Testa talllied two goals and Nick Myers added an insurance goal to highlight the Ram’s win. Warrior goalkeeper Brendan Bean. Bean did record 21 saves in the loss.
•Eastern 4, Lenape 1: The Vikings were led by Zach Goldberg and Dan Lim as they both scored two goals apiece in the win. Braydon Samson collected the Indians’ lone goal in the first half.
•Gateway 1, Haddon Township: The Gators were led behind the lone goal of Luke Berenato in the win over the Hawks. Goalkeeper Logan Bersani posted a shutout, stopping 10 shots. Both of their efforts helped the Gators improve to 6-5-3 on the year.
