The Broomfield High School gymnastics team edged out Rocky Mountain for the Front Range League conference title Wednesday night.

The Eagles finished with 187.2 points in the meet held at Rocky Mountain. The Lobos finished with 182.425. Fort Collins was seventh at 158.15.

Rocky Mountain’s Krysta Cotier won the vault with a score of 9.6. Aidan O’Connell was second in the all-around and the bars.

Next up for both local squads are regionals. Fort Collins will compete in Region 1 at Overland High School. Rocky Mountain will compete in Region 3 at Arvada West. Both are on Oct. 31.
