Charles Oliver from Fairfield, Texas, was once an unranked and under-the-radar prospect, but that all changed last spring.

Oliver made an unofficial visit to Texas A&M in April, was offered a scholarship and accepted on the spot. Since his commitment, he has continued to draw interest and received offers from Texas, Baylor and Rice along with the offers he had received before his commitment.

A top 30 cornerback and top 50 player in the state of Texas according to the 247Sports Composite rankings, Oliver continued to get recognition with his selection to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. He received his honorary jersey Friday when the Selection Tour from American Family Insurance came to his school.
