The Clyde tennis team took a 5-0 nonconference win over Vermilion.

Clyde’s Nathan Strudthoff won a thrilling No. 2 singles match, 7-6 (9-7), 7-6 (7-0) while the No. 1 doubles team of David Murphy and Caleb Prunty won in three sets, 7-6 (7-3), 5-7, 10-2.

Hiroki Kawai (No. 1 singles), Tyler Liebengood (No. 3 singles) and the No. 2 doubles team of Jacob Roach and Noah Prunty all won in straight sets.

The Fliers improve their season record to 9-3.
